Iliza Shlesinger

I'm hoping that Iliza Shlesinger has an internet search about herself, and somehow this unknown blog in the middle of a black hole will get her attention.

Last night she posted a picture of her female dog on Twitter. The dog had a surly expression on its face. I replied with something to the effect of, "Wow, she looks like a BITCH." She then proceeded to block me and remove the image.
I tried to explain that I meant no harm by it on my account, and I'm wondering even now why I continue to care about it.
I think it's because.... I'm at the point in my life where I hate assholes, and I never want someone to misinterpret a comment to such an extent that she believes that I'm an asshole and reconsiders her actions as a result of said misinterpreted comment.

So Iliza, as I posted on my Twitter account, I praise female comics in my set, and I wince when it's "just us guys" in a room and they suddenly feel compelled to talk nonstop shit about women. I'm NOT THAT GUY. I'm one of your allies.
Also, my dad was raised by a Jew, so can't we just keep it like two Jewish souls who look like Irish people (haha) and who pissed away their childhoods in the south?
Can't we just keep it like family?

Thanks.

Don't feel bad, she blocked me as well for no reason. (She asked everyone where her next show should be, and I replied with "Washington, DC!" Then she took the tweet down and later disappeared/blocked me. I'd hardly consider myself an offensive person!)

I should also mention I think she's a great comic, but honestly... her tweets weren't that funny!
