Why this cover scares me:

I put $200 on the Giants. I believed that the Pats would win, but I thought that they wouldn't cover the 12-point (at the time) spread.

Now I'm worried. This guy's Super Bowl predictions are infamously wrong. I think that his record in the '90s was 2-8, and he thought that the Bills would win it all every. single. time.

His record has improved lately: he correctly chose the Colts to win it all last year... a week after he predicted that they would lose the AFC Championship... and after he declared that a Dr. Z prediction of Colts as Super Bowl champions "won't happen in the near future." As ESPN.com phrased it, "That is -- Zimmerman made another bad prediction about his own predictions!"

Now I think that the Pats will probably cover the spread.
